Lateral Shuffle
- Another 30 second burner. Set up two cones and do a little two step
shuffle. Excellent for developing lateral speed and stability.

How to work your lower back
- Working on spinal erectors (the lower back muscles) is a great way to
balance out all those crunches you are doing. Here is a simple
progression you can incorporate into any abdominal routine for
supersets or active rest.

Medicine Ball throws and twists
- You have seen those medicine balls around your gym but do you know
what to do with them? Here is an excellent progression targeting abs,
obliques, low back, and hips in a compact, intense and efficient
workout.

High Cable Row - Simple elegant move for Lats using the stability components of standing, squatting and lunging.

Low Cable Row
- There really is only one position for the Low Cable Row and it is
succinctly described here. Think of it as a bent row with a cable.

Biceps Curl Plus
- Dumbbell biceps curl...BORING. Why not add balance and motion
components to your dumbbell exercises to increase calorie consumption
and develop stability? I will show you how in less than 1 minute.

How to use a physio ball and medicine ball for ABS
- Once you have mastered the balance on a physio ball for abdominals it
is time to start using a medicine ball to make it more
challenging...and more productive!

Physio Ball Preacher Curl - The title says it all. Here is a new twist on an ancient exercise.

How to use a physio ball for pushups
- Pushups can be hard all by themselves, but when you have developed
the strength to knock out 25 or more per set it is time to up the ante.
Here is how to use a physio ball to add a great challenge to your
pushup routine.

Renegade!
- The renegade is a brutal and difficult CORE exercise. It might look
like a pushup combined with a one arm dumbbell row but it really
attacks your trunk. NOT for everyone but really great IF you can master
it.

How to Perform a reverse cable fly
- The reverse or superset of a cable fly for chest is a reverse cable
fly. This is an excellent superset (and a much better choice than lat
pulldowns) for all chest press motions and flys.

How to use cables for chest fly
- This one seems pretty basic and self explanatory but just so we are
all on the same page...Here is how to perform the cable fly for chest
from 3 different angles.

Standing Cable Row - 20 seconds and you might just have a new exercise to add to your library. Stand up and pull. Pretty basic.

The Startup
- This is easily one of the most brutal exercises in the library.
Usually done for 10 each side it incorporates balance, strength, and
power. It will spike your heart rate and earn your hatred (of me most
likely). Brutal idea: Try this with Deadmill push, Renegade, and 8
count bodybuilders.

The Switch Lunge
- The switch lunge is an excellent exercise to use as active rest. Try
throwing down some of these in between your sets of bench press. You
will raise your heart rate and burn tons of extra calories.

The Matrix
- This is on par with some of the more horrible and painful exercises
in the library. But NOTHING is more efficient. The Matrix is designed
to hit all muscles in all planes and challenge your sprint ability. You
will be heaving after three sets of this. Warning: This is an extremely
advanced exercise. Do NOT attempt if you have any unresolved back
issues. NOT a beginner exercise.

Biceps Curl Plus 2
- Here is another way to cure the dumbbell biceps curl blues. Don't
just stand there...challenge yourself. This one is advanced and adds a
great level of difficulty to any biceps curl.

Dumbbell Combo - Here is a simple yet effective dumbbell combination for glutes, hams, and shoulders and biceps.
