Frankie Faires: Iron Yoga
 
Frankie Faires has some wonderful insights into how we train our bodies. He calls it 'Iron Yoga' and if you are on the lookout for a new workout program that will develop dynamic strength that will translate to increases in performance in any sport, even if you are a recreational athlete, then you must listen to this interview.
