Ellen and I cornered Mike after his recent one day Kettlebell seminar at The Fighthouse here in New York and he unleashed a verbal hurricane on us. I mean this guy is so passionate, so well read, so articulate, he practically burned the mic right off his headset.
This interview is 45+ minutes of hardcore with one of the kettlebell world's fastest rising stars and we go all the way back to the beginning to his roots in Pavel's camp and why he broke off on his own. In Just 2 short years he has become wildly successful in a large part because he doesn't think of himself as just a kettlebell guy (even though his kettlebell programs are more for developing size and strength) he is more like the leader of a grassroots movement designed to lead us back to our natural states of full, strong, muscles and bones, powerful movements, organic strength, functional power, healthy diet and totally optimized bodies.
