Deborah Caruana sits down with us to
discuss what it takes to develop the body of your dreams. As you can
see deb is in fantastic shape and she shares with us the secret to her
workout program. It is called Lactate Threshold Strength Training and
it will knock you out (in a good way). After the interview she and I
went through just a little bit of the technique and it was very intense
and we only performed basic pushups against the wall. Her program can
be done anywhere by anyone for maximum results and it should not be
missed.
